LAND to LOAF, join us at the bakery for a day of Wheat, Bread, Food and Wine, watch as we turn the wheat into flour, the flour into bread, enjoy a pizza or two a glass of wine made here on the farm. Meet the wheat farmer Ian, listen to Ian talk about his wheat farm, meet the baker Lyn, watch as Lyn turns the freshly milled flour into sourdough bread which will then be baked in the woodfired oven.
