Bread Making Workshops
Wild Crust Bakery is located in Glenburn, a short drive from the picturesque town of Yarra Glen and the historic Yarra Valley town of Healesville, join us at the bakery for a fun filled and informative day of sourdough bread making.
Lyn will take you through the craft of making your own sourdough breads by hand baked in our Alan Scott designed and built wood fired oven, sadly this was one of the last ovens Alan Scott built before his untimely death in 2009 at the age of 72, his spirit lives on in our breads.
After the morning of weighing, mixing and kneading we will sit down to a lunch and a glass of wine produced here on the farm by Philip Lobley Wines and let nature take its course as your dough slowly ferments.
At the end of the day you will return home to family and friends with your very own hand crafted loaves and a “Bruce” of your own (Bruce is the name given to our sourdough leaven)

Please note, minimum of 3 people with a maximum of 6 per workshop

Workshops run from 10.30am until 4pm
Cost $150 per person
Workshops usually run on the second Saturday of the month
